With statues of Chinese warlords Guan Yu, Liu Bei and Zhang Fei, pagoda motifs and wooden chinoiserie everywhere you turn, the level of detail in the decor of this floating restaurant is extraordinary. You may be just a stone's throw from Centraal Station, but you feel like you are in a Ming dynasty palace. The wide-ranging menu is an ode to authentic Cantonese cuisine. Think steamed dim sum with prawns, stir-fried noodles with beef and soy sauce. The Peking duck (for two) is certainly a tempting option. A memorable culinary adventure that won't break the bank!
