Done out in blue and orange tones, the interior exudes a chic and friendly brasserie vibe and features an impressive marble bar and silky-soft banquette seats. On the menu, innovation meets classicism, and traditional favourites are given a subtle twist (egg mayonnaise, bavette steak, tartare, crème brûlée etc) with fresh, high-quality produce. Born here in the Gros-Caillou quarter, the owner works closely with shopkeepers and friends in the neighbouring streets. The bar menu (oysters, burgers, terrine etc) is available until late.
