The duo propose a superb lunchtime set menu that is reasonably priced and lets the ingredients speak for themselves: watercress, hazelnut and Pecorino Pepato arancini; pulled veal in sauce blanquette, creamy polenta and button mushrooms; rum semolina cake, poached pear with smoked tea.
