The culinary focus here is on modern and seasonal Mediterranean cuisine without neglecting the region’s gastronomic roots. In addition to the classic menu, you can also choose the 4- or 5-course tasting option as well as the restaurant’s signature dishes such as the La Fontana tartare, the Chateaubriand, and the Raviolini del Plin.
