This peaceful inn between Le Touquet and Montreuil-sur-Mer sports a smart rural vibe. The chef painstakingly selects his ingredients to carefully craft flavoursome traditional fare. House specialties include lobster salad, pigeon cooked two ways and a decadent millefeuille smothered in a light frothy cream. Everything is prepared in house, including the bread and ice creams!
