The young chef, who hails from Puglia (the region occupying the heel of the “boot” in the very south of Italy, proudly showcases a contemporary version of his homeland’s traditional cuisine, moving slightly away from the more commonplace Italian dishes and pizzas to offer a mouthwatering journey across the regions of Italy. As an added bonus, its elegant, meticulous interior recreates the “Italian pop” style of the 70s!
