As is the case with the Schwarzwaldstube, the Traube Tonbach's second restaurant has come to the end of its time as a temporary "pop-up" restaurant. At the beginning of April 2022, it returned to the newly rebuilt "Stammhaus" under its new name, which is actually a reference to the year this long-standing establishment was founded. The modern interior is done out in warm tones and gorgeous, high-quality furnishings. As before, you can expect accomplished, attentive service and sophisticated dishes.
