What You Probably Didn’t Know About The MICHELIN Guide Website

With the recent revamp of the MICHELIN Guide website, we take this chance to explore the site and walk you through how you can find MICHELIN-recommended restaurants in your region and the world.

The MICHELIN Guide website has a fresh new look and improved features and functionalities. Here are some features that you probably didn’t know of, but would help you in your MICHELIN Guide exploration journey.

1. Be connected to the world of MICHELIN Guide

The MICHELIN Guide spans across Asia Pacific, America and Europe, and selects the best restaurants and hotels in the 32 countries and regions it covers. Even if you are unable to collect the physical copies of the worldwide guide books, you can still go on the website and choose your intended destination using the “hub selector” function. This allows you to explore all the restaurants included in the MICHELIN Guides worldwide.

2. Find restaurants listed in the guide that match your preferences and make a reservation immediately

Want to know which are the MICHELIN-starred restaurants in your destination? Filter by “distinction” on the restaurant page to check out the MICHELIN-starred establishments, Bib Gourmand and MICHELIN-recommended Plate restaurants to eat.

Or if you’re in the mood for French, Japanese or Cantonese cuisine, make use of the filters to search for your favourite restaurant or cuisine type. You can even filter by price point or comfort level of the restaurant to fit your needs and preferences. What’s even better is that you can also filter by “online reservation” for restaurants that you can make reservations directly from our website.

Similarly, you can also browse the hotel guide and make use of filters such as price, classification, services and facilities to find one that suits your preference best.

3. Browse Michelin-recommended eats near you with Map Search

When you’re out with friends but have nowhere in mind to dine at, head on to the restaurant page and click on “Search here” on the map to see what tickles your fancy — anywhere you are.
