San Felice is not only a Dumas novel: at the Hôtel du Castellet, it is also a swish, imaginative bistro! The menu is deliberately concise, with a seasonal line-up and a mouth-watering focus on matured meats and fish cooked over hot embers. The terrace by the swimming pool commands a drop-dead view of the golf course and greenery. Treat yourself to the lunchtime ‘Gourmand’ menu (Mon to Sat).
