The trendy intimacy of the decor, the gold elements, the hip lounge and cocktail bar all make for a magnificent venue. Many of the modern dishes are prepared on the Josper charcoal oven, resulting in robust, pure flavours. A fine côte de boeuf, a salt-crusted tenderloin to share, a choice cut of Japanese Wagyu beef: a feast for carnivores!
