It occupies the Solar Fabio Prado (formerly the Museu da Casa Brasileira), and features an extensive outdoor space teeming with vegetation, as well as a pleasant internal dining room. Here, renowned chef Morena Leite, who grew up in the kitchens of his family’s restaurant in Trancoso, conjures up comfort food that showcases typical Brazilian ingredients, allied with techniques acquired elsewhere.
