A youthful and hospitable Franco-Belgian couple has breathed a new lease of gourmet life into this picture postcard country inn. The immaculately prepared, hunger obliterating, impressively rendered food is the handiwork of a ten-strong white-jacketed team, using deluxe ingredients (fera from Éric Jacquier, poultry from Cour d’Armoirie, Saint Eustache fruit orchards and seafood delicacies such as wild spider crab or grilled John Dory, etc.). The pinnacle of fine dining!
