The young chef, Gaëtan Morvan, who has experience at some of the great Michelin-starred restaurants, serves up an atypical culinary experience in 15 highly original sequences that make the most of ingredients from the region. Inventiveness, unexpected associations… we let ourselves be carried away into his culinary universe. In the dining room, Fanny Morvan provides efficient service and suggests excellent and environmentally friendly wines. N.B. It is crucial to book, as this small, cosy restaurant can only accommodate 16 diners.
