A smart, friendly restaurant with a terrace and lovely views over the water to Aker Brygge; it was once a prison and its name means ‘fortress’. The experienced kitchen creates unfussy, attractively presented modern Nordic dishes using fresh local produce. The impressive wine list is strong on burgundy.
