Roze

This old building in the centre of the village has had a contemporary makeover, and now provides a showcase for talented couple Clémence Goupil and Alex Néel, who know their profession and its history. The name of the establishment refers to the inventor of the modern restaurant concept, Mathurin Roze de Chantoiseau. Teaming sincerity with bold flourishes, the two chefs celebrate the seasons and the fresh ingredients they offer: artichoke, tartelette fine, confit egg, barigoule emulsion and modern condiment; turbot, confit fennel, potato tagliatelle, fish bone jus with saffron, rouille and pepper condiments.
