Now boasting many branches in Hunan and Guangdong provinces, Da Ge Fan started right here from not-so-humble beginnings – this flagship founded in 2013 has enough acreage to incorporate a landscaped garden with a stream running through. The namesake signature dish is rice cooked in pigeon- and pork bone-broth topped with steamed pigeon. Of course, the salt-baked and deep-fried pigeons are must-tries. All fowl offered are 22-days-old and slaughtered on the day.
