The eponymous chef-owner’s travels and family heritage inform his style of food, so his dishes feature an array of international influences. Punchy, diverse flavours give the cooking an appealing vitality and the kitchen makes good use of the shelves laden with spices, pickles, preserves and oils. The tasting menu leads the way, but there’s also a fixed price 2 or 3 course menu available Tuesday to Saturday.
