The balanced flavours in both the savoury dishes and the desserts come down to meticulous craftsmanship and expert cooking: chicken supreme with lardo di Colonnata, the leg roasted in a lovage broth; pear with white chocolate and pistachio fondant. A bright and harmoniously decorated interior with tables laid out around a lovely glass-roofed seating area.
