Representing the second generation to run this family business, Anke and Alexander Kunz form a well-established team. While the enthusiastic hostess presides over the restaurant floor, the chef-patron, together with head chef Patrick Jenal, turns out pared-down dishes that steer clear of unnecessary frills. The focus lies squarely on flavour and excellent produce. The glass front of the elegant modern conservatory affords a splendid view of the impressive St Remigius Church, which dominates the Blies valley.
