The red-brick façade, mezzanine floor and modern dining area with a high ceiling and timber beams lend this location (1450) plenty of character. A spot under the tree is perfect for a romantic dinner of a summer's evening. The hostess wins diners over with her jovial manner, as does her husband with his generous contemporary cuisine with a preference for local, organic ingredients. He does not shy away from more down-to-earth produce such as rabbit, and he respects traditions.
