It’s hard to imagine a much more picture-perfect French country hotel than this one, on the outskirts of Nantes. The Château de Maubreuil and its grounds feel lost in time — and while the castle may put you in mind of the early 19th century, its lavish rooms and suites are elegant and eclectic, each one entirely different, paying tribute to far-flung locales from Venice to Rajasthan.
