Formerly known for its no-menu concept, this restaurant inside an impressive Victorian townhouse offers diners a little more control over proceedings these days. An à la carte menu is available at most services, but their signature tasting menu retains an air of mystery; diners are presented with a list not of dishes but of ingredients that will feature at some point in the meal. Whichever menu you choose, expect ambitious cooking that focuses on quality produce from the island – be it Wagyu beef from the Mourne Mountains or Kilkeel scallops.
