Sustainable gastronomy
Sharing the taste of the Savoie, with its lakes and mountains, is at the heart of our culinary ambition. We thus bring out the flavours of the produce used – fish from Lake Annecy, wild harvesting or from market gardening and local livestock farming. It is these close ties to the Savoyard nature surrounding us that we wish to express.
