This Japanese restaurant is a firm favourite with Rio’s paparazzi, thanks to its high-quality food, pleasant atmosphere and the numerous celebrities milling around. The highly popular sushi bar is the ideal place for tasting the magnificent white fish ussuzukuri (ultra-fine slices of sandperch, marinated in sake and lemon and scented with truffle oil) or the delicious tuna with a sesame crust and citrus sauce.
