In the historical heart of the city, Raphaël (on savoury dishes) and Marion (desserts) delight diners with full-flavoured and tasty bistronomy creations: roast salmon, barbecued white asparagus and hollandaise sauce; roast quasi of veal, spring vegetables, chorizo and poultry jus; strawberry panna cotta, rhubarb coulis and basil sorbet. At dinner, there is a tasting menu that includes spelt risotto with lobster, the house's signature dish.
