Very close to the quaysides overlooking Notre Dame and yet here we are in Japan! Japanese chef, Kosuke Nabeta, combines the exacting standards of Japanese cuisine with the wealth of ingredients from rural France. Harmonious and balanced creations to be enjoyed in the vaulted cellar, for an immersion in faraway lands. Superb.
