MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The last - born of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants is a hit, depicted by a modern bistro vibe with waiters in red and white striped t - shirts. In the wings, chef Matteo Lorenzini, who honed his skills in star establishments, among which the Louis XV for 3 years, signs an appetising seasonal Italian menu. A delight from the antipasti start to the dolce finish. Authentic and flavoursome.
