Catch Chefs of Michelin Starred Restaurants in This Live Twitter Chat

Four chefs of the world's most prestigious restaurants are on hand to answer your most burning questions.

Ever wanted to talk to esteemed chefs like Mauro Colagreco (of two-Michelin-starred Mirazur), Josean Alija, Hideaki Sato and Kanesaka Shinji (of Nerua, Ta Vie and Kanesaka respectively; each with one Michelin star) without visiting their restaurants? Now you can – at least via Twitter.

The four chefs behind some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants will be taking part in a Live Twitter Chat on Friday, 9 September from 6:30 to 7pm (Singapore time) along with cookbook author and TV personality Bobby Chinn.

The Twitter chat is held as part of the World Gourmet Festival in Bangkok which will see the top talents in gastronomy and cocktail mixology take over Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel’s lobby and restaurants to present their cuisine from 19 to 25 September.

To take part in this chat, submit all questions on Twitter either before or during the event using the hashtag: #WGFA16 or on the event’s Facebook page. The chefs will be choosing and answering the questions personally so be at the ready with your most burning questions.
