Une étoile : une cuisine d’une grande finesse
A family restaurant run with pride and enthusiasm, Il Cantinone delights guests with its array of local gastronomic delicacies sourced from the surrounding mountains and nearby lake, including ingredients such as buckwheat, trout, whitefish and eel, along with polenta, mushrooms and game. The menu also occasionally features more exotic influences acquired by chef Stefano Masanti during his time spent travelling the world before he returned to his beloved mountains.

"Renewable sources produce electricity and heat thanks to thermal and electric solar panels, while lighting is provided by low-energy LEDs. As for water, the entire site is connected to the recycling network of the Comunità Montana della Valchiavenna, which recycles 100% of the water used, both white and black."
