In this pretty, traditional house in the centre of town, the cosy atmosphere and warm, attentive service alone are enough to ensure a truly enjoyable evening. Another draw is the seasonal cuisine, which includes both classic dishes such as braised beef with black cabbage and modern creations such as barley with fermented koji and dried carrots… and then there is the delicious bread served as an appetiser. The "Rosa Pulver" set menu – conventional or vegetarian – comes in four, five or seven courses. On Wed and Thu, there is also a three-course set menu called "Die Kleine Rosa" ("Little Rosa"). You can opt for the hand-picked wine pairings to go with the set menu; an alcohol-free drinks pairing is also available.
