Roads fringed by almond trees and terraced vines lead to this stunning hillside spot with far-reaching views over Lake Balaton. It’s a restful place and comes with seven restored wine press houses which now play host to designer bedrooms with private saunas. Within the grounds is this beautiful, orangery-style restaurant with a lovely terrace and a concise menu of dishes bursting with Hungarian, French and Italian flavours.
