This restaurant celebrates its 25th birthday in 2021, with owner Federico Chignola returning to the kitchen, ably assisted by his son Filippo. The cuisine has changed too and now focuses on local products and simple regional dishes made from carefully chosen top-quality ingredients – the style is innovative, balanced and always with a keen eye on beautiful presentation.
