Set in the prestigious Millenium complex, a state-of-the-art business and conference centre, the elegant La Brasserie is under the expert supervision of Fabien Foare. This is the go-to place for a business lunch. A pared-down, less expensive lunchtime menu gives way to more ambitious fare in the evening, with a choice between "Les Inspirations", dishes created to reflect the seasons (cooked and raw Puits d'Amour melon), and "Les Incontournables" such as free-range guinea fowl supreme or fillets of perch from Lake Geneva). Not to mention the trolleys laden with charcuterie and pastries, which will have your mouth watering from the aperitif right through to dessert! The gourmet grocery shop is open in the afternoons.
