Part of the Alpenresort Schwarz, this small restaurant with a chic modern look is housed in the main building, which dates back to 1694. Joachim Jaud, who completed his training here before honing his skills at top-flight establishments, has been head chef since April 2024. He serves up a creative seasonal set menu comprising five or seven courses. His dishes, skilfully pared down to the essentials, attest to a subtle touch and are full of expression. He is a chef who uses only top-notch ingredients, some sourced locally. Friendly and adept service. In case you were wondering, the restaurant's name simply refers to the address of the resort. Alongside the wonderful food, there is an extensive range of amenities for spa-goers, holidaymakers and golfers.
