Housed in a type of winter garden with a charming terrace (the jewel in the crown!), this restaurant serves dishes that combine modern influences with more classic touches, all prepared using ingredients of the best quality. Make sure you try the risotto made from Carnaroli rice with red pepper, green sauce and Cantabrian anchovies, as well as the Guanaja chocolate mousse and ice cream with mixed berries.
