While Andrea is the cook, Sapori Montani already contains a foretaste of what you will find in the dishes: the homemade bread, pastas and desserts, the palazzolese sausage, the truffles – which have now made the locality famous throughout the island along with its Baroque churches and Greek theatre area – through trout, black piglet and excellent cheeses.
