A husband-and-wife team run this cosy, welcoming spot deep in the mountains. She cooks up healthy, home-style Taiwanese dishes for the whole table to share, omakase style. In the three menus, all at different price points, the emphasis is on seafood and home-grown organic vegetables. Some dishes show strong Japanese influences. As there are only a few tables, reservations are a must. Chargrilled or steamed whole chicken must be pre-ordered.
