The simple space has a vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden trusses, roughcast walls and irregular flagstone floor for a casual vibe. Portuguese and Macanese classics are served in portion sizes meant for sharing. Carne Alentejana marries the umami of fresh clams and pork cubes with bold seasoning; the African chicken is coated in shredded coconut and caramelised onion then browned under a broiler.
