Classic and modern, light and yet luxurious, Guida’s cuisine includes meat and fish dishes, combining the flavours of northern Italy with the scents of the south, and exotic influences with traditional Italian ingredients, plus a strong Nordic touch in his use of sauces in many dishes. The wine pairing options are extensive, thanks to a cellar that is home to more than 1 000 labels, and there’s also a good choice of cocktails.
