Het advies van de MICHELIN Gids
Tekes, which means "ceremony" in Hebrew, is Assaf Granit's new restaurant. It is run by chef Cécile Lévy, who trained in France and has worked in some very good Israeli restaurants. She prepares vegetarian (not necessarily vegan) Middle Eastern cuisine in the form of dishes to share. Between Levantine tradition and street food, her recipes are rich and generous, full of spices and intense in flavour. Large counter in front of the open kitchen or spacious patio terrace to the rear. The atmosphere is festive and fun, in part thanks to the music they play.
