In 2024, Hong Kong’s CBD welcomed the arrival of Citrino, the brainchild of the Ryota Kappou Modern team and of chef Yoshinaga Jinbo. The decor overflows in Italian luxe, circa 1950s with rich, tactile finishes. On the menu, Italian dishes are given a Japanese spin, featuring many signatures from the chef’s flagship in Japan, such as smoked bagna cáuda with 30+ seasonal organic vegetables, as well as a pasta tasting menu with five primi choices.
