With Hiroshi Sakai at the helm here, you're in the hands of a real sushi master. This basement restaurant is done out in authentic Japanese style: refined and minimalist. Be sure to try the "Omakase" sushi menu. Diners are looked after by a very friendly, personable and professional front-of-house team. The sake selection is impressive.
