Established in the former Eaux-Vives railway station, this venue is much more than a restaurant – it’s an experience! Chef Andrés Arocena deploys his talent to enhance daring recipes, like socarrat of Mieral pigeon, jazzed up with hoisin-laced aioli sauce, or Motril quisquillas paired with blue caviar and a delicate tomato water.
