Located in the centre of Évora, just a few metres from the town’s unusual clock museum (Museu do Relógio), this small, unpretentious and relaxed restaurant with just five tables showcases its bold, innovative cuisine in recipes that are almost experimental, and where there’s a complete focus on sustainability. Dishes on the menu vary greatly in line with the seasons and highlight the importance of provenance and working with small-scale local producers.
