                        After a long period of time spent outside of Spain, popular chef Andrés Madrigal has returned fully enthused and ready to embark upon his most intimate project yet – to emphasize the point, even the crockery at Per Sé Bistró has been designed by his partner! Here, in the heart of the Chueca district, the chef creates contemporary cuisine with a Mediterranean soul and innovative touches inspired by both Asia and Latin America, but always with highly recognisable flavours and a focus on seasonality.
