                        Taking its name from the Basque word for 'earth', this welcoming restaurant boasts a contemporary decor that includes earthenware jars adorned with large tree-like olive branches. The young chef in charge here, Lucía Gutiérrez, is keen to bring the land and its soil to life, hence her single 8-course menu (appetiser, 5 savoury courses, pre-dessert and dessert) that changes every three months, always based on local produce and with many nods to the plant world.
