The incomparable dining room, exquisitely laid out in the Alfonso XIII salon overlooking the garden, is the perfect setting in which to savour the intrinsic beauty of the great Quique Dacosta’s exquisite culinary vision. This celebrated chef keeps a watchful eye on everything here, closely following the cuisine created by resident head chef Domenico Vildacci. Their elegant dishes exploring the flavours of the Mediterranean and the Extremadura region are showcased on two tasting menus: one entitled 'Históricos Quique Dacosta', featuring a fusion of the chef’s signature dishes from his three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Dénia, and 'Contemporáneo Quique Dacosta'. During the week, under the name ‘Chronos’, there is also a smaller version (4 courses) of both menus!
