Krèsios

Krèsios – one of the names given to Bacchus or Dionysus – is run by chef Giuseppe Iannotti. This welcoming country house boasts an attractive mix of traditional and modern decor, with its stone walls, rustic atmosphere and wine cellar carved out of the tufa rock. In the latter, a selection of 2 000 labels is overseen by talented sommelier Alfredo who is always on hand to recommend the best wine to accompany your meal. The open-view kitchen offers views of the chef and his excellent team at work, busy preparing creative, personalised dishes which are often stylish and always out of the ordinary, all presented on just one tasting menu (its name “Mr Brown” is a reference to Quentin Tarantino’s film “Reservoir Dogs”). Iannotti’s cuisine is based on his philosophy of research and imagination, with touches of improvisation and ingredients of the highest quality from around the world. Three welcoming guestrooms are also available.
