At this rather grand establishment with two dining spaces, Gaststube and GnussStube, the wide-ranging menu includes simpler dishes and more sophisticated fare, plus vegetarian options. You can dine à la carte or opt for a set menu – the fine-dining set menu ("MundArt"), has to be ordered in advance. At lunchtime, a reduced à la carte selection and daily specials are available. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. There is a decent wine list with a focus on Swiss labels. The waitstaff are friendly, attentive and well trained.

Therefore, we source organic farm vegetables, meat only from the region, use biodegradable cleaning products, educate and recycle in cooperation with a workshop for differently abled people."
