At the charming Hotel Residenz am See, two restaurants have been merged into one. With unwavering dedication, chef Markus Philippi and his team create modern and seasonal dishes using top-notch ingredients. You can compile your own set menu of up to six courses from a list of options or simply dine à la carte – the choice is yours. The food is prepared with refined restraint, focusing on the essence of the ingredients. The classic beech-smoked brown trout with sour cream, caviar and rye is undoubtedly a highlight of the menu. With an upscale, tastefully designed interior and a gorgeous terrace overlooking Lake Constance, the setting is certainly appealing. Friendly service.
